Some considerations we address when designing offices may include:

• A discussion of current and projected future power needs;
• Interior lighting design to help clients choose appropriate lighting that's pleasant for workers, while also fits within budget constraints;
• Life safety systems, including fire alarm design, emergency lighting, and exit signage;
• Design of exterior security lighting, including parking lots, to help increase safety and visibility;
• Coordination with our mechanical engineering partners and local utility companies, when needed.
